The owners were knowledgeable about local deals and tourist spots, making my stay even more enjoyable. The staff, including their adorable pet dog, were friendly and accommodating. The ambience of the place felt like a home away from home, with a lovely little garden inside the property. The food was great, and they even provided a small fridge for guests to store their own food. it was a comfortable and value-for-money stay.

Had an amazing experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The community area was cozy and enjoyable, perfect for socializing with other guests. the hotel's location was unbeatable. Everything, from shopping malls to food places, was conveniently close by. The proximity to the airport was definitely a bonus and made my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly like about my stay. the 20-bed dorm room was quite tight, especially where I was staying, and it had no window, which made it feel a bit cramped.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and opportunities to meet other travelers. The location is residential but within walking distance to commercial areas.

As a satisfied guest at Zen Hostel Haven, I couldn't recommend this hotel more. During my recent stay in Manila, I was impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location was ideal, with Cash and Carry Mall within walking distance, offering a convenient shopping option. There were also plenty of roadside restaurants nearby, perfect for enjoying affordable and delicious meals. The accessibility of public transportation was a huge plus, with jeepney rides available to Baclaran, Mall of Asia, and LRT for trips to Quiapo and Intramuros. The excellent Wi-Fi provided at the hostel was the best I experienced in the entire Philippines. Additionally, the staff was lovely and the communal area was well-equipped with comfortable sofas and three bathrooms. It was a great place to meet both fellow travelers and locals, creating a vibrant and inclusive community.
